How long does it take to deliver my goods?

Delivery time is normally 2 – 5 working days for Peninsular, and 6 - 10 working days for East Malaysia after order confirmation.

When the recipient is not at home to receive my goods

Before delivery, our courier service company will call the recipient to confirm the address and arrange for a convenient delivery time. However, in the event that the recipient is still unavailable, our courier service company will leave the goods with either the recipient's family member or work-mate who is able to receive the gift on behalf of the recipient. The receiver is required to leave his or her name; I/C number as well as sign the delivery order before the goods is released.

What are Yee Hup delivery schedules?

From Monday to Friday, Morning (9.30am till 12.00pm) and Afternoon (1.00 pm till 5.00pm). Deliveries via courier service require 2 to 10 working days and vary according to the recipient's address.

Can I place orders on liquid products?

Yes. You may place order on liquid products, however delivery on the liquor product is only available within West Malaysia and all liquid products are prohibited to deliver to East Malaysia.


Can I place orders online although I never registered any user/member account online?

No. You need to register a user/member account before you proceed further to shop online.

Are eStore products’ prices included with GST?

Yes. All products’ prices are included with 6% (as at 31 May 2018) or 0% (eff 1 June 2018) Goods and Services Tax (GST) applied.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept online Credit Card payments via VISA and MASTER cards  and online banking upon member's request. However, you're most welcome to visit our nearest branch.
